Terms of Use

IdeaHouse is in a closed beta. Features may change, break or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. We’ll try to give notice of significant changes.

• You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country requires it.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Don’t create accounts to get around a suspension or inflate support.

• You keep ownership of what you post. You give IdeaHouse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, display and distribute it on IdeaHouse so the service can work, including after you delete your account (see the Privacy Policy).
• Only post what you have the right to share. Don’t post stolen, leaked or confidential material, full scripts or treatments, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Posting an idea doesn’t create any agreement with, or entitle you to anything from, IdeaHouse or any studio. Studios may independently have or develop similar ideas.

• Project information is labelled Official, Reliably reported, Rumoured or Community speculation. Only Official information comes from the studio itself, and even that can change.
• IdeaHouse isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by the studios, publishers or brands whose projects appear here, unless a page is marked as verified.
• Pulse results are averages of self-reported answers, not a scientific survey.

We may hide or remove content and warn, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

IdeaHouse is provided “as is” during the beta, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We aren’t responsible for what members post, or for decisions made based on content or pulse results on IdeaHouse.

We may update these terms as IdeaHouse develops. If a change is significant, we’ll update the date at the top and say so on IdeaHouse. Continuing to use IdeaHouse after a change means you accept the updated terms.
